iPhone 6 Apple id lock

I bought this iPhone 6 a few months ago from an online store and it has an Apple ID activation lock! I have tried jailbreaking it with checkra1n but the activation lock is still there! Anyone has got an idea how to fix this?

You can't - not without the previous owner removing the phone from their iCloud account.

The owner has sold you an unusable phone; hopefully you have a mechanism for returning it and/or getting your money back, because as far as you're concerned, that phone is as useful as a brick.
