turns on, turns off and Purple LED

hello

I have my screen after a few minutes of use, it turns off and tries to turn back on several times until the monitor LED turns purple

-I already tried to switch from HDMI to DVI and change the power cable, it's the same

Answer this question I have this problem too

It seems that your monitor is in some sort of safe mode. It’s basically in a locked state. I don’t have an answer for you, but this is more info for future commenters.
