I replaced the screen on my iPhone but then touch stopped working

the only thing i can think of is i ripped the cable for front facing and earpiece cable

Hola, Luca,

Sorry to hear that you don't have any touch after replacing your iPhone XS display assembly. It is important to recognize that, despite the display being one unit, it is actually made up of two componets. 1; the OLED display planel reponsible for the image. 2; the digitizer, which is built into the glass. The digitizer is what detects the electricity of your finger and is responsible for the touch capabilities of the screen.

The digitizer has its own connnector that you disconnected and reconnected upon the replacement of the display assemply. Perhaps dissasemble the phone once again and try re-seating the digitizer cables on the logic board. Simply disconect them and reconnect them to insure a good connection.
