Laptop screen is black

Hello, I recently replace the thermal paste on both the CPU and GPU with thermal grizzly kryonaut. I booted the system up which it turned on fine. I then restarted the system and I was hitting F11 to get into the BIOS. Which I now remembered it’s F10 and after that the screen was just black. So now I can’t seem to get the screen to turn on the fans aren’t spinning, the system doesn’t seem to be getting hot but the power button led does turn on. Any help on how to resolve this issue?
