Are these burnt cables replaceable? What are they called?
I got a new battery for my iPhone X due to the old one swelling, but these 2 connections fried. Can I replace just the cables?

@kelleywise Yes, a screen you order online should come with the same parts and connectors as the replacement the tech tried, so it sounds like you may have gotten lucky. I'd suggest gently cleaning the burned part with a Q-Tip and some 90% or higher concentration isopropyl alcohol.

Those flex cables come with the screen assembly so you would need a new screen assembly. However I am not sure what the extent of the heat damage on the logic board is. You would need to clear it up and you might need to get the flex cable connectors repaired as I imagine that is what the source of the heat was.

Thank you. I had a tech plug it into a new screen and it worked. If I order a screen replacement online it will come with new flex cable connectors right?
