Does anyone know how to fix this displaying problem?

Hello guys I have a Samsung ue32j4570ss and there is this blue tint on white surfaces in games, it also appears on face complexions and shadows. Does anyone know how to fix it? Is my TV broken or its a calibration problem. Thanks in advance!

Hi @thedarksoul

Does the problem only occur when playing games on a device connected to the TV via HDMI or DVI or is it always there?

If it is always there you could try adjusting the picture settings e.g. tint, colour backlight etc and check if you can adjust for a better image.

See Adjusting the Picture Quality for Each Picture Mode on p.82 (87 of 147) of the user manual.

If adjusting the settings doesn't work it may be some faulty backlight LEDs being more "blue" than white, so maybe replacing the LED backlight strips would work.

If it only occurs when playing games on a connected device, then only the White Balance and Gamma settings can be adjusted - see p.83 (88 of 147). Try adjusting them and check.

If still no good can you adjust the video settings in the game?
