Washing machine pannel problem

I have changed door lock 3 time but dl error occurs every time but I think pannel should have some problem please tell me how to repair the pannel pcb

T1084wfes5b top load full automatic I have problem in washing machine I have changed 3 time door lock but still have problem in it technician said pannel is not working properly
