What are these 8 pins on the back of the cpu

Cpu says XLR8 MSG4Z400 I’d like to overclock this but cant figure out how

@thomas35549 not sure which pins you are referring to. This is where pictures would definitely help. Anyhow, for the overclocking (really not repair related) check sites like this or this one right here

@thomas35549 just going by the number on this board as well as the partial picture, it appears as if you are talking about a daughter card which would have taken over the original CPU. The one you have appears to be a XLR8 ZIF Processor Upgrade. In that case, the jumpers would adjust the backside bus speed and ratio. According to the manual here are the settings
