My Phone imei number 0

So we bought the phone new, its sim wasn't working, so I factory reset it, before the reset the imei number was there, now it isn't, and I can't get any updates... What do I do

Imei is 0, when I try *#06# the whole imeo number is 0000000 for both sim and sim 2, when I put a sim in it recognized the Internet provide but showed unknown number, but when I tried to make calls it showed mobile network not available, the sim works in other phone.
