Make new mac laptop work with non-retina (non-IPS)

I bought a new 2023 -15" Mac air (M2), and its giving me head aches and making me dizzy. I replaced an old 2012 - 13" Mac air, with a non-retina display. I want to be able to run a newer operating system, like OSX 12, 13, 14 on a laptop.

Is there any latop (new or used) I can buy and replace the retina (IPS) display with a non-retina from a third party?

It's the only way I can think of to be able to use a mac laptop and not get sick from the screen.

(Note: I know I can use an external monitor, but then it won't be portable, so its not a solution for me).

Answer this question I have this problem too

Unless you go with an older Mac there is no way to get a non Reina display on a MacBook.
