Which tape width do I need to buy? I don't want to buy the pre-cut.

The tape can be bought in a few thickness so I'm trying to figure out which is best for this phone.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I'm just curious, why not use the precut adhesive?

It's mostly because I've worked with gaskets in automotive stuff and have had butter fingers and ripped it.

I just rather have a near infinite roll where I can redo if I make a mistake.

@dwaynealex I understand. If it helps, the adhesive is adhered to a template to help install it. Once you place the adhesive on the surface, you can press it down with your fingertip and that should help it stick just fine, then peel the plastic template off that was holding it. Maybe order a few adhesive kits.

If you still want to just buy a roll of adhesive, just buy this stuff in the 2mm thickness. Tesa 61395 Tape

Also some B7000 might come in handy too.
