Why is phone having battery problems eventhough I bought a new new one

  • My phone had battery problems so i then bought a new one but still the problem continues. My phone does not even last 10 minutes from the charger

Hi @surprisesi62246,

Could be a faulty replacement battery. It's not that uncommon for this to happen especially with the cheaper aftermarket replacements.

Try fully charging the battery and then using the phone in safe mode and check how long it lasts for.
