Is there a way to fix a faulty Micro SD card slot?

The Micro SD card slot on my Deck suddenly starts failing to keep the card in place, the springs just keep ejecting it. I’ve tried different cards, and it was working for the first few months. I’ve currently got it wedged in with a bit of folded paper plus tape, but would like a better solution.

Unfortunately this Deck was a grey import, plus I’ve swapped the SSD, so no real chance of a warranty claim on it.
