@sweetpoiso56718 check the connector to make sure it does not have any bend , broken, corroded pins. Clean it out with a few puffs of compressed air. After that it's time to crack your power bank open and check the capacitors and batteries in that. Can't say what it looks like unless you open it up and let us see what you got there.
