I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your Samsung Galaxy 11’s camera.

I Highly recommend you just install a camera app from your appstore but if you dont want to do that:

According to Samsung UK, there are several solutions you can try to fix the issue:

  1. Restart the Camera app.
  2. Reset the Camera app settings.
  3. Install another Camera app.
  4. Clear the Camera app cache.
  5. Check if other apps are using the Camera app.
  6. Turn off Smart stay feature.
  7. Clear the cache and data of the Gallery app.
  8. Factory reset the device (this will delete all data on your phone) 1.

If the above steps don’t help, you can try clearing the cache of your phone’s Gallery app 2. If none of these solutions work, it might be worth considering taking your phone to a professional repair service.

Regarding your storage issue, it’s possible that your phone’s internal storage is full or that there is an issue with your phone’s storage system. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

  1. Check how much storage space is available on your phone by going to Settings > Device care > Storage.
  2. If your phone’s internal storage is full, try deleting some files or uninstalling some apps that you don’t use anymore.
  3. If you have an SD card installed, try moving some files from your phone’s internal storage to the SD card 3.

I hope this helps!
