Has anyone had any luck fixing the black screen issue?

Out of the blue, my Quest 2 stopped displaying anything once it powers up. There has been no external damage to the unit or exposure to sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures. I can hear the audio, but can't see anything. Powering down and back up will show the meta logo and the boot menu is visually accessible, but after boot it just shows black. I tried numerous "Googled" solutions and eventually did a factory reset which made no difference. Meta support was not able to offer any solutions.
