PS5 Beeps once but does not turn on

First I started getting a error CE-108262-9, the console would freeze or sometimes shut down instantly. I did a factory reset but the problem was still ongoing. The console kept asking to perform factory reset. I tried doing a factory reset again when is shut down mid reset and then would not start again. Now the console beeps once but does not turn on (no lights - absolutely nothing)
