Hello, I have a problem with my Xiaomi 11T Pro. The phone froze at 15% battery charge. Neither a software update or a battery replacement helped. What could this be?

If the new battery didn't solve the problem, most likely the problem is at power management ic on motherboard. Also common issue of false battery percentage is a bad connector.

I also have the same issue, my xiaomi 11t pro didnt increasing, but the overall performance of the phone is okay and smooth, just the battery concern stuck in 15%, i think the battery is need to replace a new one...
It same like mine after updating to HyperOS, I was thinking it because of update but after I go to store any said that I need to change the charging dock assembly to fix the ploblem!

Bro I opened my phone and saw that one battery joint was loose so I press gently and restart the phone and my problem was gone.🙂

Really? Same model? Xiaomi 11t pro? The same thing happened to me. I'm really stressed right now because I just changed the battery. So I hope it's not a battery problem.

second connector of battery was disconnected , fix that , that will solve

@oldturkey03 The phone works well, it charges correctly, but it always shows 15% battery charge, no matter if I discharge it or charge it. I also replaced the battery connectors, but it didn't help.

It's a hardware problem, I fixed it opening the phone and pressing the battery connectors

Exactly SSSS. even without opening. just press the 2 points where conectors are.
