The Beats Solo Pro is for the listener who's always on the move. Noise cancelling is surprisingly effective for a pair of on-ear headphones. Although the sound signature remains bass-heavy, as is emblematic of Beats, it rarely overpowers vocal reproduction.

Beats solo pro not charging, plugged in blinks red and white and stop.

This issue I have dealt with really ticked me off without headphones, i had this beats solo pro for a long time and had worked good as new and it was the only headphones i listen to on the go and at school. But, then the issue started around a few days ago, around night time I decided to charge my beats solo pro for the time being all plugged in, next day, I checked and it didn't even respond at all, not even once, it happend again and again. I thought it might be the cable I use or something, but it wasn't, soon, i saw the flash was red and white, it happened a few times and It went blank. I tried everything from YT tutorials and such and I even tried to do restarting or reset my beats, and nothing worked. Im starting to feel like throwing it away and it dont want to get it repair. I don't know what to do, help?

Update (09/26/23)

If you guys are or not sure what I meant here's the video, 2 of it to be at least cus the first one was over 30 seconds long. The video showed it blinked white and red while charged and red blinked 3 times and stop when put it on. I had a lamb that has a USB cable slot on it where I plug it in

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Did u use a power bank to charge it?

mine had a similar issue like yours, I gave it to fix it and the technician said the battery and the relative IC broke down.

by

I used power bank to charge mine, guess it was the reason why? So did you end up fixing yours @hello world? How did you do it?

by

@brunotram don't throw it away. Change the battery first then re-evaluate.

Since iFixit doesn't yet have a guide for this, use something like this video to change it.

While you work on your headphones, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.

Hey, saw your response! Unfortunately I'm not sure where can I get a battery replacement or something because I'm just starting on looking on through the video that you shown me

by

@brunotram Not sure if you found it yet but here's the link to all the parts you would need https://www.joesge.com/collections/solo-...

New battery didn't help for me.

by

@robertbudnar check the charging port and see if you get power to the board when you connect the charger.
