My 2009 Toyota Camry is not responding to the fob

The fob's battery has been replaced, but for some reason the car will not respond (locking/unlocking/trunk open etc). This also means the car will not start since there has to be connection w fob. This problem began suddenly the other night, please help. Thank you,!

Hi @harjeet31820

Check that the 7.5A fuse # 5 (AMT) in the engine bay fuse box is OK. This fuse supplies power to the BCM (body control module) which controls the wireless door entry system as well as the ignition system.

Is the interior dome light working when you open a door? If not this is also controlled by the BCM so there may be a problem with it.
