Battery swap

Put new battery in, this gold piece fell out, I have no idea where to seat it.

It’s a seiko a714-5000 “running man”

Do you know where it should go or can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

Options

Might be a spring for the buttons on one side, there will be one in place on one side if it is.
