Is Mako Precision Bit Set, suitable for custom desktop PC?

Good afternoon,

I have an old, custom desktop PC, and I want to replace components, Corsair CPU water cooling for example, or perhaps replace motherboard in the future.

Is Mako Precision Bit Set, suitable for this kind of stuff, or I have to choose something else for a desktop PC?
