Screen and hinge replacement guide for inspiron 15 5591 2-in-1

I'm looking for detailed instructions on how to replace the screen in the 5591 2-in-1 display assembly. Dell's manual has instructions to replace the assembly but nothing for the screen or hinges (which I also have to replace). I have a new screen ready to be swapped out into the top shell and still looking for hinges.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Here's the service manual for the laptop.

Go to p.37 to view the procedure to remove/replace the display assembly
