Check if the foglamp fuses and relay are all OK.

Foglamps 15A fuse #9 engine bay fuse box.

Foglamp relay #206 engine bay fuse box.

Foglamp relay fuse and foglamp indicator, 5A fuse #27 passenger compartment fuse box.
