Try using the original adapter to charge or another that supports the same voltage and ampere. Another solution is to disassemble the phone, disconnect everything from the main board and then reconnect.

My phone stuked when i force reboot it it works and stucks every time now my phone is not turning on

Trying doing a hard reset with the charger plugged into the device. You can do this by holding + Power button + Volume down button and after 15 seconds press the power button and turn it on.
