Error Code 2134-050 after Battery Replacement

Hi everyone,

After having my Switch refuse to boot for the better part of a year, I ordered a battery replacement kit from iFixit and followed the accompanying guide. In trying to dissolve the old battery's adhesive, I followed the guide's advice and used a very generous amount of 70% Isopropyl Alcohol underneath the battery. A small amount got over the battery tray walls while I tilted the system and went onto the motherboard, though, setting off the liquid indicator in the process. After completing the replacement and reassembling, the system turns on (yay!) but only to display the error code screen with the code 2134-050. I've double checked all the connectors I removed in the repair process, followed the Nintendo support article for this code, and tried + failed to boot into maintenance mode. My best guess is that the IPA's inactive water content is causing issues, but I'm not entirely sure. I don't really have the money to send the system off to Nintendo right now, so please let me know if there's any way to fix this issue.

Thank you so much in advance!
