A point-and-shoot digital camera by Panasonic identifiable in North America by model number DMC-ZS7

16 Questions View all

Lumix DMC-TZ10 will not read micro SDHC fitted into SD adapter.

I confess I'm not sure if it is capable of using the micro SD. It works on a normal SDHC card, but throws up the error 'Insert SD card again' or 'Use another SD card' when I use the micro. I've tried formatting (on PC) in FAT32 or NTFS, neither works.

I am unable to format the card in the camera as it will not accept it.

@phil55263 looks like your camera only accepts SD (up to 2GB), SDHC (up to 32GB) or SDXC (up to 64GB) memory cards. It appears as if it does not accept the MicroSD cards. Download the owners manual from places like this Page 9 and on, explains more about this.

What size ( capacity) sd card did you insert? If the camera works with sd-hc, it will only work with 32GB cards ( or smaller).

These days, sd cards are SD-XC. If you shop around, you can still find sd-hc cards.
