Is it sitting on your lap or on a table/desk? If you have some compressed air you can blow into the vents to try and remove any debris. Modern laptops do run hotter than we think. Also, there are many free apps that will read there on board temp sensors. How hot is it getting?

@jnca Most of the time it’s on a table I have installed an App that tells me the temperatures the CPU’s gets up to 100°C and tends to sit above 90°C and the battery sits between 35°C - 45°C I do think I need a new battery because it drains fast but it still say it is Normal

Your battery is running hot, which is a sign the battery is loosing it’s power as you are charging it. Your MagSafe connection and charger are also likely warm to the touch as they too are exceeding the power expected normally.
