My screen is literally coming off and my charger port is messed up

Otherwise if you want assistance with fixing your own phone you'll have to tell us what model of Ulefone you have before we can help. Replacing a screen and a charging port is frequently quite doable for most people depending on the phone and your willingness to roll up your sleeves and follow instructions. I'm not sure if this is the case for your phone, but a frequent cause of a screen coming off is from the battery swelling and pushing it out, so it's possible you may need to consider replacing the battery as well, especially since you'll probably have it out anyway to replace the screen.
