Repair ribbon connector (FPC) for card reader

Hi!

I replaced the analogue sticks on a Switch Lite and once I got it back together, it wouldn't read game cards. I replaced the card reader with the same result. Upon researching another user who had a similar issue, the problem seems to be the FPC the card reader ribbon connects to. It appears to either be missing a couple pins, or perhaps they got bent out of place, (I need to be able to take a closer look, but don't have decent magnification or proper tweezers. I'm also not overly skilled/experienced on soldering and can't find any repair guides online for this particular part, only the one for a standard Switch. I would likely also need additional tools, such as a heat gun. Any advise would be greatly appreciated, or if you can point me in the direction of a detailed repair guide. Thank you!

FPC repair on a motherboard is very difficult to do. You can easily melt or damage other components or connectors on the motherboard if you don't know what you are doing. You will need a microscope and a good hot air gun with attachments small enough for the connector. You will also need a good flux and a good set of tweezers. I definitely recommend taking this to a professional tech instead.
