@raorajput update your software first. If it still does not show after you upgrade your software, it is possible that your fingerprint sensor has failed and thus your software can't find it. Check on here for the setup and on here for possible fixes. Different model, same idea. If none of this works, you may need to replace the sensor. Problem is that guides for this are not easily found
