About my phone Software Update

in my phone my software update option is not showing that is why i can't update my phone, i am using very old version of iphone 13.4.1 which is not good at this time please help me ! how can i update my phone ?

Connect it to iTunes and click check for updates il will download latest iOS on your PC and flash it . All stuff will still be on the device

Options

Put the phone in recovery mode Apple Support on a Mac or PC, and run the update there. The issue is the time gap killed you on doing this without using a computer.
