iMac 5k weird burn in

Hi guys,

I have a 2014 5k iMac, it got some weird lines on the screen… I’ve attached some pictures. It’s mostly on the left side, and windows desktop icons burn in very fast there but if I let turn it off for a while it goes away. It just appears after around 30 mins of usage. Is there any way I could fix that without swapping the panel?

Thank you all very much in advance! :)

@zarkhas - I think you got halfway! Did you get the images uploaded? If you did go into edit mode of your question, then click somewhere in your question where you want the image, open the image toolbox and double click on the image to post the image tag, save the question you should see the images now.

Sadly you appear to be facing image persistence issues. These older displays often encountered it. While you can reduce it, the only way to fix it is replacing the screen.

Alright. Thought so… I think I have a A-Model panel, if I should repair it, I’ll get the B-Model.

Thank you! :)
