One day i scrolling my phone.Suddenly my phone was shut down,i was think that maybe it's updating or rebooting. But it once shut downed ,when i open it it was rebooting but not showing display. On and Off.
now what should i do?

You overloaded your ram it sounds like, they like to do that but make sure you have at least 5-10gb of storage free and close your tabs.
