Why touch screen of my phone is not working and phone switch off?

yesterday, I was working using my phone when suddenly my phone touch system was not working After that I pressed the volume upper, lower, and power buttons at the same time then my phone was switched off After that I tried so many times to switch on the phone but its not open . give me the solution to it .and this happened to me before also and the charge of the Battery is full.
