By "service" do you mean cell service, wi-fi or both?

only cell service, wifi is ok.

I found the fault. The little blue coil isnt soldered.

Check out this step on the cellular antenna guide. Make sure this cable is connected correctly.

That antenna called out above is for cell service. The wifi antenna for the GSM iPhone 4 is actually the metal faceplate which goes over the connectors near the top of the phone. Apple switched to a different design for the wifi antenna on the CDMA iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S.
