I would like to know if it's possible to upgrade SSD card and ram to Acer Aspire 5742 and some suggestion for it

It shows how much memory and what type is compatible with the laptop. Also the same for an SSD.
You don't have to use this supplier. Just use the information on the page to find SSD/memory suppliers that suit you best.

You can use the Acer Aspire 5742 Series Hard Drive Replacement And the RAM while you are there. The RAM slots are visible on the right.
