My Samsung A13 Keeps vibrating like it is turning on every 10 seconds, but nothing appears on the display and it doesn't make a startup tune or anything. please help!

@emersond17521 it actually is powering on but don't see it. It is very common for your Samsung phone to do this when the display has failed. Replacing the display assembly should fix this. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use the one from here It is in spanish so if needed, use a browser that does the translation for you. To replace this, purchase the display with the midframe. Yes, it is a bit more costly but will be a lot easier and far less time consuming. It also increases the chance of a successful repair if you have never done this type of task before.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has a device with the same issues as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
