My cellular signal reception is poor. My other phone made in China has better cellular signal reception. I need an antenna for better cellular signal reception. May i order this (antenna replacement) from your shop?

ifixit does not sell an antenna for the phone.
There may be a problem with the antenna module that is used in your phone e.g. loose connection or faulty perhaps.
Here's a teardown video that may help.
The antenna can be seen being removed at 1:55 minutes into the video.
If the antenna module is faulty search online for GH97-27146A to find suppliers that suit you best.
