Why does my phone occasionally get stuck in a bootloop?

My phone sometimes crashes and gets stuck on a bootloop. It's always been stock and never unlocked the bootloader. The phone crashes whenever I use the rear camera. Even with apps that use the rear camera, like Instagram and Snapchat. At one moment the phone is completely fine, then when the rear camera is turned on to take a photo, it crashes and stays stuck in a bootloop. The bootloop can last from minutes to hours and there really doesn't seem to be a trick to get out of it. My phone is running on the latest Android 13. I've read through forums of people with similar issues. Apparently some first batches of the phone had a hardware camera error and people had to send their phones to get fixed. They mentioned ASUS replaced the motherboard and fixed the issue. My problem is that my warranty only works in Hong Kong and I'm living in New Jersey, so it's quite the inconvenience. Is there any way to get it fixed here in the USA? I've contacted ASUS and they said they don't accept mailed phones for repair and they don't sell spare motherboards. I'm pretty much stuck with a defective phone. Any advice?
