Why the my screen becomes blurry and white all of a sudden?
I Was using my pc then it suddenly became white and a lot of lines appeared

@sel43 that looks like a failed LCD. Connect an external monitor to your computer and see if that displays properly. If so, you know the issues is with your LCD. Download the Hardware Maintenance manual from here Page 82 will tell you how to replace the LCD.
While you work on your computer, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
