continue to have charging issues, my Kraken Hypersense stay charged

I continue to have charging issues, my Kraken Hypersense stay charged maybe 4 to 5 hours, then I get thie annoying beep every 30 seconds - green light flash once, then 30 seconds beep green light flash ... what ? I need to charge already ?
