The Light on my LG Water Dispenser Stopped Working
I have an LG French Door Refrigerator model LRFWS2906S. The light that used to come on, when using the water dispenser, stopped working. All the control panel lights work. Pushing and holding the Light Button turns on the display lights, but not the water dispenser light. I do not see any way to change an led bulb. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Is this a good question?
I have the same problem.

Mine went out within 2 years of ownership. Thankfully it was covered under the extended warranty. But I did talk to the repair technician and the part that was replaced was the control board assembly (EBR60388516). That part can be had online for about $34. The technician that replaced the board did it in about 10 minutes.
My refrigerator recently stopped cooling and it turned out to be the freezer fan failed. I was out of warranty so I did the job myself and went fairly easy. I replaced the fan motor with one from Amazon model (EAU65058305). Now my refrigerator is cooling again.

@ Porky - did you, by any chance, saw how the technician removed the main board?

If I remember correctly he got like a pry tool very thin and popped out the button panel on the front of the door. That gave him sight of the little Control board with the LED built in. He just unplugged it and reinstalled the new one.
