My redmi note 10 suddenly turn off and never turned on again

my redmi note 10 was working properly when i put it in my pocket after k couple of hours i took my phone out of my pocket and i found that my phone is not turning on.

Same Issue happened with me. My technician said the Power IC needs reballing but even after he tried 3 times to reball the IC, my phone still didn't turned ON. What could the issue be ?
