My phone screen brightness is very low it shows nothing. I cannot see any thing on the phone but from some angle i see a little bit like when tilt screen to angle i go to a repair show it says that its pannel is ok but it has problem in cpu.....

Hi Professor,
If you hold a flashlight right up against the screen and can make out the picture on the display, then chances are the backlight has failed. On an LCD display the screen just lets light through the red, green and blue pixels rather than actually generating the light as an OLED screen does. Which means it needs a light source to be able to see a picture, hence the backlight.
Now at this point it's impossible to tell if it's the backlight itself or the circuitry on the board that drives the backlight, but in the vast majority. of cases it's the screen that fails rather than the motherboard.
Given that, the first thing to try is to replace the screen. Chances are very good that will fix the problem; if it doesn't then you've got a motherboard (not CPU) problem that could possibly be fixed, but it would take specialized skills and a very good repair technician and may not be worth the cost.
So a screen replacement is the thing to do; here are step by step instructions so you can actually fix it yourself and save a lot of money over what a repair shop would charge you.
