Display screen line and big black dot.

I have two samsung galaxy s 10. There are black stains on the camera on a display. And the white line comes up to three on the second display. How to repair it?

It would help a lot to diagnose the problems with your phones if you edit your post and add a video of what you see with the camera that's having problems and a picture of the screen that's defective.
