iPhone X logic board test

So I got a chance to buy a Iphone X without some parts, but it has logic board, seller saying that the logic board works, but I want to test it just in case. Currently I have one more fully working Iphone X, and my question is, can I put the logic board from other Iphone in mine, or no? Thanks for answers!

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

For your purposes, yes, you can swap out the logic board to check it out. On the iPhone X you'll find that the Face ID won't be functional with the new logic board and True Tone on the display will be disabled, but pretty much everything else should work and can be tested.

Once you put the original logic board back in, the original phone will go back to normal with no ill effects.
