Pixel 7 pro keeps losing cellular network.
Is the motherboard replacement required? If so how can i get the spare one?

Since your Pixel 7 Pro was only released in October of last year (2022), it is still under warranty. I would suggest you contact Google about repair or replacement since that's not something that just wears out. You can check the warranty status and file a claim at the Google support page here.
