Screen has started displaying a green glitch after screen replacement.

After replacing the screen and testing it, everything was working correctly. Touch, cameras, brightness, etc. Once I had tested the phone, I turned it off and replaced the display cable clip, then closed the screen up. When turning the device back on, it began to display all sorts of green lines that I would describe as a glitchy screen.

Once I carefully re-opened the device, removed the clip, the screen worked as normal again.

I have replaced and removed this clip a few times now and each time the clip is in place, the screen begins to glitch.

Anyone seen or heard this before and could share any light?
