I can not remove the outer case screws For battery replacement
I have three screw driver heads but none seem to fit the iPhone 10 case screws?

iPhone screws are a special type called Pentalobe (P2), you can order a kit from the iFixit store to get these.
If you mean that they are stripped, you can take a dremel and dremel them to make a slot for a flathead, but it would damage your housing slightly.
